Delivery and returns

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us. This Delivery and Returns Policy explains our procedures for delivery and returns.

Delivery

  • 1.1 We will make every effort to deliver your furniture within the specified time frame. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control.
  • 1.2 You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address you provide is accurate and accessible. If the delivery address is incorrect or inaccessible, we may be unable to deliver your furniture and you may be responsible for any additional delivery charges.
  • 1.3 Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page. You are responsible for paying all delivery charges.

Acceptance of Furniture

  • 2.1 Upon receiving your furniture, you must inspect it for any damage or defects.
  • 2.2 If there is any damage or defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your furniture. We will not be responsible for any damages or defects reported after this period.
  • 2.3 We may request photographic evidence of any damage or defect.
  • 2.4 If you do not notify us of any damage or defect within the specified period, we will assume that you have accepted the furniture and that it is in good condition.

Returns

  • 3.1 We will accept returns and provide refunds for defective or damaged furniture. We will not provide refunds for furniture that is not defective or damaged.
  • 3.2 If you wish to return your furniture, you must notify us within seven days of receiving your furniture.
  • 3.3 All furniture must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • 3.4 We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the furniture has been used or damaged in any way.

Refunds

  • 4.1 We will provide refunds for any furniture that is defective or damaged.
  • 4.2 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned furniture.
  • 4.3 Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Cancellations

  • 5.1 If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us as soon as possible.
  • 5.2 If we have already started manufacturing your furniture, we may be unable to cancel your order and you may be responsible for any manufacturing costs incurred.

Warranty

  • 6.1 We provide a one-year warranty on all furniture. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship.
  • 6.2 This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
